UNIVERSITI Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) has decided to postpone its 30th Convocation originally scheduled to be held from March 13 to 15 at Dewan Tun Dr Ling Liong Sik, Kampar Campus.
This is in view of the public concerns about the Covid-19 and the World Health Organisatiion’s announcement that they have increased the risk assessment of it to the highest level across the world.
As such, all graduands’ certificates, degree scrolls, convocation souvenirs and academic transcripts will be made available for collection from March 7 onwards.
Graduands are advised to email alumni@utar.edu.my or check out the convocation website at https://convo.utar.edu.my/.UTAR will continue to monitor the situation and the new dates of the convocation will be communicated in due course.
