BURSTS of laughter rang out at regular intervals as a group of teen participants focused their attention on Karim Ali Eletre, the facilitator of a creative workshop held in Menara Star last December.

With his witty remarks and keen observations, the founder and chief executive officer of Crew Lounge – an airline recruitment and cabin crew training academy – very quickly won the participants over.
