Research director is first female president

Prof Jack is the first female appointed president of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers.

HERIOT-Watt University’s Malaysia campus director of research Prof Lynne Jack has been appointed president of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE).

Founded in 1897, CIBSE is a professional body and leading authority on building services engineering in the United Kingdom, Europe and worldwide.
