THE National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) is working on creating a new image, said its deputy chief executive Mastura Mohd Khalid (pic).
Instead of being labelled as a money lender and debt collector, she said PTPTN should be viewed as an agency which promotes savings for higher education.
