I refer to ‘Making Form Six Compulsory’ (StarEducate, April 2), where the writer argued that Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) should not be the entry point for tertiary studies.

The writer suggest that only Form Six students should be allowed to further their studies in universities and colleges, with the hope that more students will start enrolling for Form Six, which is seeing dwindling enrolment over the years.
