School head bids farewell

HEADMISTRESS, teacher, mentor, mother, friend. These words, used by fellow teachers and pupils to describe Doris Liew Kim Eng, sum up her 38 years of service in the field of education.

The headmistress of SK Assunta 2 (M) walked the school’s corridors for the last time before retiring and calling it a day last month.
