WOMEN’s universities in suburban areas of metropolitan Tokyo, Japan’s capital, are among many varsities relocating to the heart of the city in a bid to get more students.
In recent years, many universities have opened new departments or have relocated to places close to Central Tokyo for the commuting convenience of existing students and fresh applicants.
