STUDENTS wishing to enter public universities, polytechnics, community colleges and skills institutes for the 2016/2017 academic year can start applying now.
The Education Ministry in a recent statement, said applications can be made through its website: http://upu.mohe.gov.myuntil 4pm on April 5.
