THE Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) recently hosted the first Regional Academic Conference and Tutor Workshop in Kuala Lumpur.

The conference, which aimed to forge a strategic platform for knowledge-sharing in accountancy education, as well as providing networking opportunities for academics, was attended by over 200 delegates from Australia, China, Indonesia, Singapore and Myanmar.
