THE dengue menance in our country has affected many Malaysians, with a drastic increase in the number of cases this year.

For this year up to Nov 8, there have been 88,806 reported cases of dengue of which 17,191 involved school students. This is alarming, in comparison to the 39,222 cases recorded last year.
