SPECIAL needs student Eric Su Chii Mou worked very hard to ensure his Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) results were good enough for him to feel a sense of accomplishment. “I worked hard to achieve good grades as I want to be treated like any other member of society,” said the country’s top STPM scorer in the low vision category for last year.
A student at SMK Bandar Sibu in Sarawak, Eric said he struggled with Mathematics T but eventually overcame his difficulties through the help of his teacher Khoo Heng King.
