AIMING to collaborate on education enhancement, HELP University College (HELP) recently signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) with Chong Hwa Independent High School Kuala Lumpur (Chong Hwa).
The collaboration covers the areas of scholarship provision, developing a new masters programme as well as research on areas pertinent to Chinese-medium schools.
