SUNWAY Group founder and chairman Tan Sri Jeffrey Cheah has been made an Honorary Officer of the Order of Australia, in recognition of his contributions in promoting Malaysia-Australia bilateral relationships.
The award was conferred on him by Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd during a ceremony at the residence of the Australian High Commissioner, Penny William, recently.
