THE Penang SPCA will be holding its third annual English Elocution Contest with the theme Animals in the 21st Century.
It is open to students between 16 and 20. The preliminary rounds will be held on July 21 and the finals on July 28, and prizes for the first, second and third-place winners are RM500, RM300 and RM100 respectively.
