Only a handful of students in primary schools in the Titiwangsa constituency were getting five As in their UPSR, but many were obtaining four As and a B or C. 

This is what Member of Parliament (MP) Datuk Astaman Abdul Aziz discovered while going through last year’s UPSR examination results for the schools in his constituency. And the subject that students were unable to score an A in was almost invariably English.
