HE was only four when he lost his father to lung cancer. It was tragic but it was also this loss that made Lim Liang Yik determined to pursue a degree in medicine so that he could help others.
He thought he would be better able to save lives if he became a doctor. And now, it looks as if his dream is set to become a reality.
