TRANSCENDING geographical borders, Malaysian college students “talked” to high school students in Japan to learn more about each other's culture via a live video conference recently.
The hour-long activity was organised by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (Jica) Malaysia office and held at the Institut Tadbiran Awam Negara (Intan) in Bukit Kiara, Kuala Lumpur.
