SEG International Bhd (SEGi) expects its student intake, particularly bumiputra, to increase with easier access for its students to study loans from Bank Rakyat.
Yesterday, SEGi signed a memorandum of understanding with Bank Rakyat which would allow for faster processing of study loan applications from students enrolling for SEGi courses who face financial difficulties. It is the first educational institution to have such a tie-up with Bank Rakyat.
