PREPARATION is the key to public speaking, says public speaking exponent Dr Omar Sallahuddin. It was appropriate then that preparation was the theme of the first in a series of three public speaking workshops organised by the English Speaking Union of Malaysia (ESUM).
Both members and non-members attended the workshop held at Help Institute in Kuala Lumpur, which sponsored the venue.
