THE Institute of Training and Development (ITD) in Penang was recently awarded the prestigious ISO 9001: 2000 Certification for global provision of training and development.
“The award is a testament to our commitment to quality in designing and in offering world-class training programmes as well as meeting stringent requirements of the programmes, both locally and internationally,” said ITD group chief executive officer Peter Chee.
