Sizing up local scene

MALAYSIAN fashion designers are a talented lot but lack the resources to make it big in the local scene, let alone the international arena, says Malaysian Official Designers' Association (Moda) president Bill Keith.  

“We have many very talented young and upcoming designers but financial constraints limit their collections.
