Its deputy chief executive, Lydia Foong, said this at an interview after the launch of the Awal Skool 2003 conference and exhibition at the Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre in Subang Jaya recently.
Awal Skool 2003 was jointly organised by Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Kemas and Summit International College to raise awareness on the importance of pre-school in early childhood development.
