Computer literacy benchmark

THE world's benchmark for computer literacy has received top-level support in Malaysia. The Malaysian National Computer Confederation (MNCC) recently signed an agreement confirming its commitment to promoting IT literacy through the International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL) qualification. The MNCC has endorsed the ICDL qualification and agreed to support NCC Education in promoting the qualification throughout Malaysia.

MNCC is the organisation responsible for advising government institutions on computer hardware, software and skills issues; while qualifications awarding and testing body NCC Education is the exclusive ICDL reseller and testing software provider for Malaysia.
