TEESIDE University vice-chancellor Prof Derek Fraser travelled half way around the world to Malaysia to personally congratulate the first students to graduate from its health degree taught by distance learning in Kuala Lumpur.
A total of 30 students who are all practising physiotherapists and occupational therapists completed the BSc (Hons) in Applied Rehabilitation course which was introduced two years ago, following a link-up between University of Teeside and Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM).
