This month, Baci will be introducing the Christmas Confetti Pasta ( RM19.80 ), a hearty gourmet Tuscan Xmas pasta with ocean fresh shrimps and grilled turkey ham tossed in a mildly spicy light cream sauce. Diners will also have the opportunity to pre-order Baci’s Roasted Whole Turkey ( RM325 nett), an exclusive Christmas signature dish with chicken mousse, chestnuts, cranberries and sage farce, roasted rosemary potatoes, sweet potato mash, garlic glazed broccoli with green beans and caramelised carrots on the side, complete with savoury turkey jus and cranberry chutney. The chefs in Zuan Yuan at One World Hotel Petaling Jaya have prepared a special menu to highlight the importance of healthy food consumption. With a menu starring enticing dishes like The Double Boiled Abalone and Chicken Soup with Sea Bamboo, Steamed Cod Fish with Bean Curd Roll, Braised Winter Melon with Pumpkin Sauce and Fish Head Rice Noodles with Gastrodia Elata (traditional Chinese herb) the idea of healthy eating is made easy. Other dishes on the menu are Braised Scallop and Assorted Mushroom Soup with Oat, Stir Fried Hong Kong Kai Lan with Pacific Clam and Arctic Shellfish, Wok Fried Sea Cucumber with Diced Smoked Duck and Sweetened Five Grain Bean Soup, which negates the perception that healthy eating is unappetising.
