KUCHING: Lotus Five Star (LFS) cinemas at Summer Shopping Mall in Kota Samarahan will host free screenings for 10 movie titles from April 24-30 in conjunction with its grand opening.
LFS, touted to be the biggest cinema in East Malaysia will be screening “300: Rise of an Empire”, “Mr Peabody and Sherman”, “Robocop”, “Police Story 2013”, “Frozen”, “Tom Yum Goong 2”, “The White Storm”, “KL Gangster 2”, “Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs 2” and “Thor: The Dark World”.
To redeem passes, moviegoers are to print out the coupon on LFS’ Facebook www.facebook.com/LFSCinemasMY and present these at the box office counter on the screening days.
Each coupon can be exchanged for one movie ticket, with a maximum of four tickets per person.
Since the screenings are limited, the redemption will be based on first come, first served basis.
LFS Summer Shopping Mall features 12 screens and has a total seating capacity of 2,038, the largest seating capacity in East Malaysia
It will also be the first to bring the Dolby Atmos sound system to East Malaysia.
Its two big halls are the Lotus Hall and Five Star Hall, which has a giant screen.
