KUCHING: OM Holdings Ltd (OMH) chief executive officer Peter Toth, who oversees the implementation of the company’s joint-venture ferrosilicon and manganese smelting plant project in Samalaju Industrial Park in Bintulu, has resigned.
His resignation would take effect on April 5, OMH said in an announcement to the Australian Stock Exchange.
