Teh: Companies should plan ahead instead of recalling employees from their break


JOHOR BARU: The issues of employees having to work even on vacation hardly arise among the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as their operations are less complicated.

SMI Association of Malaysia national president Teh Kee Sin said the SMEs usually did not recall their employees who were away for holiday as not “to spoil” their holiday mood.
