KOTA TINGGI: The Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) has detained a Panama-registered vessel for illegal anchoring off Pengerang waters here.
The vessel was spotted at 2.66 nautical miles south of Tanjung Kapal near Pengerang without proper authorisation while MMEA personnel were doing routine patrolling rounds at around 6pm Friday.
