Winner of make-up artist search dreams of her own beauty academy

CIVIL servant Khairiatul Akibah Shiari cried tears of joy when she won the Avon Make-up Artist Search 2013.

Khairiatul, 37, is self-taught and has dabbled in the industry for about eight years.
