DEVELOPING Shah Alam into an outstanding city rivalling others in Selangor was the objective of a recent workshop organised by the Shah Alam City Council (MBSA).
The workshop, opened by Shah Alam mayor Datuk Mohd Jaafar Mohd Atan, focused on the city centre in Section 14, as well as Sections 5 and 9 in shaping an integrated township.
