NON-COMPETITION and out-of-state participants of Penang Starwalk 2013 can collect their T-shirts and goodie bags from today until Saturday.
The collection venue is Penang Times Square Phase 2 ground floor concourse (opposite Roti Bakar) in Datuk Keramat Road while the collection time is from 9am to 6pm.
