THE operator of the workshop at Jalan Batu Arang in Rawang, responsible for the diesel spill that polluted a tributary of Sungai Selangor, has begun clearing his equipment and belongings from the premises.

On his first visit to the site since it was sealed by Selayang Municipal Council (MPS), the workshop owner and his workers were supervised by the council’s enforcement officers.
