JOHOR BARU: A short-circuit at a substation in a water treatment plant in Kota Tinggi caused water disruption for more than 30,000 households and commercial premises in two districts here.
SAJ chief executive officer Abdul Wahab Abdul Hamid said the incident occurred late evening on Wednesday at the Semangar water treatment plantation, Kota Tinggi.
