Mayor: Obstructive flags taken down

MANY flags, bunting and posters put up by political parties in Petaling Jaya had been taken down.

Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) mayor Datin Paduka Alinah Ahmad said from January to March 18, 6,250 flags had been taken down from trees, streetlight poles and bridges as they blocked roadusers’ view and were a nuisance.
