KUCHING: Non-governmental organisations (NGOs) which serve target groups identified by the state Welfare Department will be given priority in their application for government grants.
Assistant Welfare Minister Robert Lawson Chuat said this was among some new guidelines being implemented by the department to improve the grant application process.
