KUCHING: The competition for retail tenants is getting tougher with the opening of more big-scale shopping malls in the city.
According to CH Williams Talhar Wong & Yeo Sdn Bhd (WTWY), tenants have been opting out from the older complexes and moving into these new shopping malls.
