The Higher Education Ministry state-level ‘Jom Masuk U’ carnival at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Penang was packed with students and parents.
The two-day fair, which is in its ninth year running, saw the participation of more than 100 higher learning institutions nationwide.
