College offering affordable programmes for all

HAN Chiang College (HCC) is waiving registration fees for those who enrol for selected programmes during The Star Education Fair 2013 this weekend.

These include the Foundation in Communication along with Diplomas in Accounting, Business Management, Logistics Management, Mass Communication, Broadcast Journalism, Information Technology, Multimedia Communication Design and Chinese Studies.
