WHEN Yanyong Charoensri first enrolled into the Penang Fairview International School, five years ago, he had very little command of the English language.

Now, the 18-year-old teenager from Songkhla, Thailand, has not only mastered the language but also constructed a mini ‘3D Energy Efficient Football Stadium’ as part of his International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme’s (IB MYP) final year project.
