SEVERAL underperforming cleaning service contractors have been thrown a lifeline by the Ipoh City Council after showing some improvement in their work.
Datuk Bandar Datuk Roshidi Hashim said a total of six underperforming contractors, which had been warned to buck up for not being consistent in their performance, were given a chance to continue providing their services.
