THE People Volunteers Corps (Rela) must reposition itself to be on par with other voluntary bodies at international level and remain relevant to the nation, Home Minister Datuk Seri Hishamuddin Tun Hussein said.
He said the organisation must indulge in peace-loving programmes and activities that met with the interests and tastes of the people, especially the youngsters.
