Attractive units snapped up fast

OSK Properties Bhd has sold 40% of its 481 units of landed property at its Bandar Puteri Jaya & Hill Park (BPJHP) project in Sungai Petani, barely a month after its launch.

Its northern region head Paul Tan said the brisk sales of the units, comprising single-storey terraced, single-storey semi-detached, and double-storey semi-detached houses, were due to the attractive pricing ranging from RM150,000 to RM500,000.
