Tamil schools get RM1.75mil boost


THE Penang Government has allocated RM1.75mil for the 28 Tamil primary schools in the state this year to improve their basic infrastructure and facilities.

Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said the state government had also channelled RM100,000 to 16 kindergartens managed by parent- teacher associations of Tamil schools.
