Kar1sma only for the poor

THE aid given under the 1Malaysia People’s Welfare Programme (Kar1sma) is only meant for the poor but certain groups had deliberately misled the public that it is for all.

This was the reason for the mad rush for the forms when it was distributed at the Federal Building here on Monday, said Penang Women, Family and Community Development Department director Yusman Hambali Ahmad.
