Do more to maintain our parks

I welcome Kuala Lumpur mayor Datuk Ahmad Phesal Talib’s statement that more Friends of the Parks should be established soon to foster a sense of belonging with public parks and greenery among the city’s residents.

The Friends of the Parks can be the eyes and ears of these respective parks in terms of cleanliness, maintenance and park protection in general, and in helping to report cases of vandalism.
