THE authorities have been urged to improve the safety aspect at Jalan Utama in Serdang Raya, Seri Kembangan.
After the matter was brought to their attention by Serdang parliamentary liaison officer Datuk Yap Pian Hon, the Selangor Road Safety Department (JKJR) visited the site and found that it lacked speed limit signs, speed breakers and road dividers.
