KUCHING: All the 20 local authorities in the state will be electronically inter-connected by end of 2014.
Local Government and Community Development Minister Datuk Seri Wong Soon Koh said this would be possible following the implementation of the Electronic Local Authority Version 2 (eLA2) system.
