A TOTAL of 387 top scorers in the Penilaian Menengah Rendah (PMR) and Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) examinations were elated when they received cash incentives from Penang Barisan Nasional.
The students from 14 schools from the northeast district received RM200, a pewter souvenir and certificate each for their hard work.
