LOCAL residents and visitors alike can expect a fun year ahead as the Penang Municipal Council (MPPP) has lined up some 27 exciting community programmes.
The programmes, which comprise of community, recreation, sports and cultural activities, were planned by the MPPP Recreation, Tourism and International Affairs Department.
